The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) is one of the most successful institutions established under the leadership of President İlham Aliyev as part of structural reforms. The institution has a flexible and compact structure, strong staff base, innovative projects and most importantly, according to the charter, carries out such functions as analysis, monitoring, evaluation, and communication.
