Within the framework of the “Startup School 3” project, jointly implemented by the Enterprise Azerbaijan portal (operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, CAERC) and the Ozmen Center for Entrepreneurship of the University of Nevada, Reno (USA), online trainings continue as part of the international acceleration program “Green and Digital Silk Road.”
The second training session of the program was dedicated to the topic “Green Economy and Impactful Startup” and was delivered by Gonca Kara, Head of Projects and Ecosystem at the “A8” Acceleration Center operating in Malta.
In the first session, Gonca Kara provided detailed information about the main features of the green economy and the values it creates. She explained, with concrete examples, what new needs and opportunities this field generates for startups. In the second session, the development opportunities of startups offering solutions in the field of green economy, global approaches, and methodological-technical aspects were presented. During the session, Gonca Kara also answered numerous questions from startup founders.
Thus, the two-session training phase conducted by Gonca Kara was successfully completed. At the next stage of the program, Gonca will provide mentorship support tailored to the needs and priorities of startups.
