Within the framework of the “Startup School 3” project, implemented on the initiative of the Enterprise Azerbaijan portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, the next training session of the international acceleration program “Green and Digital Silk Road” was held.
This time, the participants gained new knowledge and experience on the topic of “Leadership and Team Management.” The session was conducted by Prof. Dr. Ünsal Sığrı, Vice-Rector of OSTİM Technical University in Turkey, who is also a researcher, consultant, mentor, entrepreneur, and angel investor.
During the training, participants were provided with detailed information on effective leadership skills, managing team motivation, and strengthening a collaborative work environment.
The session was organized in an interactive format. Discussions and Q&A sections gave participants useful knowledge about leadership approaches, managing team dynamics, and building successful leadership in a startup environment.
The trainings conducted within the framework of the “Startup School 3” project contribute to both the personal development of participants and the improvement of their professional skills, helping them achieve stronger results in their future careers and startup activities.
