Based on the experience formed by the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), its extensive international cooperation network, and global partnership opportunities, an international scientific research study titled "Innovation Ecosystem Quality and Startup Investment Opportunities in Emerging Economies: Evidence from a Cross-Country Survey" has been launched.

The objective of the study is to evaluate the impact of innovation ecosystem quality in emerging economies on startups' investment-attracting potential, their utilization of artificial intelligence technologies, opportunities for accessing international markets, and overall growth perspectives based on a cross-country comparative analysis.

The findings of the research are expected to contribute to the preparation of international scientific publications, the development of analytical reports, and the formulation of recommendations toward improving innovation policy.

Within the scope of the study, the participation of startup founders, investors, accelerator and incubator representatives, university and research institution delegates, technology companies, state entities, and other innovation ecosystem stakeholders from more than 20 countries is envisioned in the survey.

Individuals interested in participating in the survey can fill out the questionnaire via the following link:
