A meeting was held at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CERACC) with a delegation from The Coca-Cola Company.
During the meeting, CERACC Executive Director Vusal Gasimli provided information on the Center's activities, projects implemented, analysis, monitoring and evaluation of economic reforms, as well as work done in the field of communication. He noted the importance of effective dialogue between the public and private sectors in supporting economic development and investment activity.
Alexandra Akkirman, Senior Manager for Public Relations, Communications and Sustainability at The Coca-Cola Company for Central Asia and the Caucasus, spoke about the company's activities in the region, its sustainable development approach and experience in corporate communications.
During the meeting, views were exchanged on the activities of The Coca-Cola Company in Azerbaijan, its investments and its contribution to the creation of new jobs. The importance of the company's new production facility in Ismayilli in terms of economic development of the regions, support for local employment and expansion of production potential was noted. At the same time, the existing investment opportunities in Azerbaijan and the prospects created by the business environment for foreign investors were discussed.
The parties also exchanged views on the role of the private sector in economic processes, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility and effective communication issues, and considered cooperation opportunities in areas of mutual interest.
The meeting was attended by Narmin Mustafayeva, Franchise Director for Azerbaijan of The Coca-Cola Company, Turkan Manafli, Head of Public Relations and Communications Department of Coca-Cola İçecek Azerbaijan, Azer Nazarov, Founder of PreMark PR and Communication Company, Zanura Talibova, Head of Public Relations Department of Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of Azerbaijan, and Isa Gasimov, Head of the Enterprise Azerbaijan portal.
