A memorandum of understanding was signed between the EnterpriseAzerbaijan.com portal, an innovative project of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms Communication , and the Ozmen Center for Entrepreneurship University of Nevada.
According to the agreement, Ozmen Entrepreneurship Center and Enterprise Azerbaijan will jointly create a "StartUp School", provide support for finding potential investors, promote acceleration centers, help to select startups from Azerbaijan to undergoing internships at the University of Nevada, inform all startups that are suitable for the foreign ecosystem, and explore investment opportunities, the organization of joint events, including the participation of Ozmen Center experts as both mentors and lecturers during local and international events, and a number of works to be done in the future are planned.
A master class on "Development of startups to support entrepreneurship" was held for startups of Enterprise Azerbaijan and other incubation centers by Mehmet Serkan Tosun - Professor of Economics at "Barbara Smith Campbell", Director of International Business Programs.
The startups of Enterprise Azerbaijan and Sabah.lab Acceleration Center, which were successful in local and international competitions, were presented at the training. At the same time, young startups had the chance to listen to M. Tosun's valuable ideas and promote their startups at the international level. M. Tosun gave his recommendations to young people and wished success to each of them on the way from start-up to entrepreneurship.
