Waste, including solid waste, because of large-scale production and consumption, has become one of the major socio-economic and environmental problems of the modern era. Wastes are characterized by a fundamentally different dual nature. On the one hand, waste is a source of threat to human health and the environment; on the other hand, it is a source of continuously renewable material and raw energy resources (recycled material resources). The excessive amount of waste in Shabran, gives basis for such a facility to be built here. The facility will also cover other areas adjacent to the Shabran district, which will help the neighboring regions to address the problem of waste.

Regular collection of domestic wastes is carried out to ensure proper sanitary conditions and waste collection and recycling as secondary raw materials. Waste collection methods are implemented as shown below: 1. Garbage collection in apartments, 2. Container method, 3. Transportation. Immediately after the transportation of waste enters to the enterprise, the various types of raw materials are sold and sorted out. All types of wastes can be produced as secondary raw materials. There are simply such kind of chemical wastes that are not processed in our country. Such waste will be collected in accordance with the relevant regulations without causing any environmental problems. Other businesses may also be established within this enterprise. For instance, a fertilizer plant using the collected food waste composting method can be set up.
