In addition, the production of raw materials with rubber, the production of cheap and mandatory floors for playgrounds, sports infrastructure, creates conditions for long-term operation of the road when it is part of the road surface (asphalt). No infrastructure has been built according to the plan.

  • The Business Plan has not been resolved for several years due to lack of investment. Initially, this project should be implemented as a resident in the Balakhani Industrial Park. In addition, the same production base can be implemented in other processes and to produce many products: rubber floors for playgrounds, gym floors, stadium treadmill, as part of the asphalt pavement of road circles, agricultural products, for railways and subways. rubber cushions, speed limiters installed on the roads, etc.
