Production of electricity from carbon dioxide

It is possible to use the gas from the car exhaust, i.e. carbon dioxide, to get electricity and then destroy it. It is possible to increase the speed of the smoke coming out of the car exhaust and turn a fan at that speed. It is possible to get electricity from it, like a kind of water mill. Carbon dioxide -78 freezes and is destroyed. If an air conditioner can be installed after the fan, it is possible to get electricity from dirty air and keep the air clean.
