KeyBrain is called this because it'll be used with the midi keyboard as a headless synthesizer. MIDI keyboards cannot produce sound, metaphorically speaking, they are "brainless". KeyBrain is a type of sound module, I'm planning to use either a mini pc or some cheap components. This "KeyBrain" will run vst plugins and will have an opportunity to be connected to external musical instruments in order to record and modify the sound by a special effect processor. All these will be digital z in contrast with analogue synthesizers and guitar pedals, that's why it can be so universal.
