As a person living on the 10th floor i won't have much time once i detected the earthquake we know our human sense to earthquake is flawed and we also know every second matters at those times that's why i came up with Sisco is a project i came into after the earthquake happened in Turkey which shocked everyone. It's a device like Seismic networks but we have to install it in every building and once installed it would inform its users living in that building. it is a precautionary device to detect faster and give seconds to people living at top floors .
