With the initiative of the Enterprise Azerbaijan portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, the next online training of the international acceleration program “Green and Digital Silk Road” was conducted within the “Startup School 3” project.
The training on the topic “Self-Discovery for Founders” was delivered by Beliz Bediz Sinan, founder of the Estonia-based company “BeHumbo.”
During the training, participants were introduced to methods of identifying personal strengths and weaknesses, approaches to recognizing and developing leadership styles, mechanisms for aligning personal values with business goals, as well as strategies for maintaining sustainable motivation as an entrepreneur.
Within the program, participants were given practical tasks related to the topic, and discussions were held based on the results. The training was organized in an interactive format, accompanied by active participation and exchange of ideas among the participants.
