Within the framework of the “Startup School 3” project of the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal, the next training on business development and growth strategies was held.
The next training session of the international acceleration program “Green and Digital Silk Road” was held within the framework of the “Startup School 3” project, implemented on the initiative of the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications.
During the session, participants learned about the topic “Essentialist Tech Entrepreneurship Practice,” which is part of the “Business Development and Growth Strategies” module, and gained new knowledge and skills.
The training was conducted by Nelson Ma, founder of the “Cherry Leadership Community” company based in China. He has nine years of experience in “Fortune 500” multinational corporations and ten years of entrepreneurship experience in the technology sector. In his previous career, Nelson Ma worked in product development, project management, and operational support for IT globalization solutions in multinational corporations. He participated in managing various IT projects and teams in countries such as the USA, China, Israel, Malaysia, Costa Rica, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
During the training, participants learned about business development trends, how technologies drive business growth, and effective methods applied to help startups succeed in the global market.
The training was organized in an interactive format, and participants gained practical knowledge through discussions and Q&A sessions.
This training, held within the framework of the “Startup School 3” project, provided participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience regarding the global development perspectives of business.
