Absolute Online Check-in is an online check-in and guest management platform for short-term rentals, apart-hotels and boutique properties. Each guest is given a personalized, branded dashboard linked to the reservation: online check-in, arrival information, host communication and additional services are collected in one place. Self-check-in instructions and login information are only available after the host has completed the conditions set by the host — information, verification, card and other requirements. The product is based on real hospitality operations; it is suitable for Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, direct booking and other channels. The operator manages arrivals, verification, messages and service orders from a single dashboard. The first 10 guests per month are free. The platform is already live and allows hosts to earn additional income from check-ins — transfers, tours, cleaning and other services.
