Enterpriseazerbaijan.com portal organized a training on "How to develop innovative startups?" The training was conducted by Harvard graduate Ussal Shahbaz, CEO of the Turkish Center for Foreign Policy Studies. The discussions were attended by authors of business ideas, startups and young entrepreneurs.
During the training, the most successful examples of the fundamental points that startups should pay attention to on the way to success in this direction were analyzed with comparative analysis and the ways of their application were explained with practical examples and infographics. Questions such as What should be the first steps of a startup that is more interesting for young people starting a business? Who are the friends of the startup? With whom and in what form is it beneficial to establish cooperation? were answered. In addition, they spoke about the results of the development of new technologies, the expansion of the scope of artificial intelligence in business, the ways to take advantage of this development in building a successful business.
Portal Manager Aytan Mammadova mentioned that Since its launch, the portal has taken serious steps to learn foreign experience and organizes such trainings and seminars to pass this experience to startuppers: “Given that Ussal Shahbaz has extensive experience as a thinking leader, this training provides startuppers with new ideas".
It should be noted that Ussal Shahbaz's career includes leadership in the corporate, non-profit and political worlds. International media outlets such as Foreign Affairs, Forbes USA, Techcrunch and Wamda have issued articles about his activities. Ussal Shahbaz was a speaker at the US President's Entrepreneurship Summit, Business 20 China, Global Entrepreneurship Summit Moscow, Arabnet Dubai, 5th Izmir National Economic Congress and other events. For the last two years, Ussal has been the director of GE's Istanbul Innovation Center. Prior to that, Ussal worked as a consultant for Google, Microsoft and Paypal.
